Individuals can get involved by directing 2% of the yearly income tax, which would go to the state budget if not redirected!

This can be done very simply by filling out the 230 form provided by ANAF.

Deadline for the submission of the completed form: May 25, 2016!

SPONSORSHIP BY COMPANIES OR LEGAL ENTITIES

Taxpayers who make sponsorships and / or patronage, according to the law on sponsorship and libraries law, deduct the related amounts from the income tax due, if all the following conditions are accomplished:

a) the amounts are within 3 ‰ of the turnover;
b) the amounts do not exceed more than 20% of the tax due.

For this procedure, it is necessary to conclude a sponsorship contract..
